I am a 43 year old married mother of 2 teenage boys, my problem is my tummy, it has always been very sensitive, I often end up either bloated or have quite bad pain at any time of the day, there is really nothing I can put my finger on that sets it off, it can even happen if I drink to much water, I used to suffer from quite bad constipation but I have had that under control for a number of years now by eating nuts on my cereal, this helps a lot. I am 5foot 3& 58kg. A few years ago I had a blood test to check for silica disease & 1 component of the test came back positive but I didn t follow up with gasoctomy test so maybe this is my problem, what else do you think could cause my problem?
