Body Is Hot, Hands And Feet Are Cold. Giving Paracetamol.

I have a 7 month old baby girl who has had a fluctuating high temperature since Monday, she is fully weaned, but will not eat her dinners, will only have fromage frais when in the mood. She will not take much milk - I keep trying her with it throughout the day, will drink 5oz during the night. Her head and upper body is really hot, but her hands and feet are cold. Her cheeks are bright red, and she makes high pitched whinging noises. She has seen 2 doctors who say it is just a virus and I am giving her paracetamol every 4 hours and have been since Monday.
