Bone Sticking Out Of Twisted Wrist, Hurts In Movement. What To Do ?

hi, I have a question. last year I twisted my wrist but never went to the doctor for it only after 6 month when it started bothering me more but they said nothing was wrong with it just that the tissues are torn out, but my bone is sticking out more than normal and every time I move my hand up, down, left, or right it starts hurting, and I don t know what to do

From description it seems you might having ligament injury or triangular fibrocartilage complex (TFCC) tear at wrist. The TFCC is a major stabilizer of the distal radio-ulnar joint. These ligaments support the joint.

I suggest you to consult an orthopaedician nearby for a detailed examination of wrist. You may get the X-ray/ MRI of the area affected under his/her guidance to reach the proper diagnosis and treatment plan according to that.
