Bouts Of Extreme Hunger With Nausea, Heart Burns. Can A Bad Pineapple Juice Cause All This ?

Hi for the past couple of days i ve been getting bouts of extreme hunger with nausea . I m a 20yo female in okay health, for the past year or so get get nausa and heart burn a lot but never with hunger before and never this nauseous. I don t know if this is relevant but I did also drink some bad pineapple juice this past Friday.

You are having signs of acid reflux disease.
Though a bad pineapple juice can cause nausea, vomiting and abdominal pain, I do not think that is solely responsible for your symptoms as they present for quite sometime now.
You can consider taking prilosec for relief.
