Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
As you have very short history of difficulty in passing stool. You should know recent change in you diet and physical activities or stress which can change your bowel habits. You should also watch if your stool contains any mucus or blood. It is normal reflex to have bowel movements after taking food.
You should take high fiber diet.
Polyethylene glycol (Miralax) can also be used.
Exercise may also help.
If symptoms persist contact your doctor and get necessary tests.
Hope it helps.
Take Care!

Hi friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

It is Gastro-Colic reflex - which gets suppressed with growing.
Recurrence may be from infection, anxiety and so on...
See a Gastro-enterologist / stool examination and endoscopy may be necessary to rule out any significant pathology

Take care
Wishing speedy recovery
God bless
Good luck
