Brain Stroke. On Ecospirin, Strocit, And Clopilet. Side Effects?

sir,my father is 43 years old,last 2 month he suffer from brain stroke in his left brain.doctor give some medicines.that medicines name is given below. ecosprin ,atrova,strocit,clopilet.doctor told this medicines taken or life long..can i give this medicines..if any side effect for this tablet..how many days we take the tablet.now he is clear.

these medicines are anti platelets, anticoagulants, these are given to prevent further attack of stroke..less side effects ..
