Breast Increased In Size, Painful Nipples And Yellowish Discharge From Vagina. What Could Be The Cause?

Hi Dr, recently my breast have increased in size, and my nipples are painful to touch, I noticed yellowish discharge from my vagina, then it turned to dark brown, but it has now cleared, My left side of my vagina,close to my anus, but feels more close to my vagina, has been really sore and it has pus coming out, but white pus, its really painful when having sex on that side, what could be the cause?
