Breast Pain Due To Calcification, Joint Pain, Vitamin D3 Deficiency. How To Cure Deficiency?

Dr I was having breast pain because of benign calcification, I took homeo and it went, I took homeo for one year. Mi am sixty three years old. Vegetarian, I am having vitamin d 3 deficiency, 25 hydroxy. (OH) vit D,serum by CL I A 6.59 , so please prescribe an ayurvedic or alopathy tab to cure my deficiency of vitamin D 3 dr. Waiting for your reply, I got join pain in both hands, now my foot is also paining, so waiting for your reply. For leg pain I am taking pitantak vati and ashwagandha Arista dr. Waiting for your reply. Sometimes my one side full paining dr.

Vit D defeciency can be fulfilled by taking vit D sachets availble in the market ( 60000unit) Total 10 satchets are requitred . Can be taken daily once or weekly.

Expose your self to sun.

Dietary advices are important fish. vegetables milk products all are good source of Vitamin D.

1. best source of vitamin D is sunlight thus have a morning walk when you can utilize maximum benefits of sun rays as they are not that much strong, and enjoy healthy sun rays.
2. you can consume cheese,butter, cod liver oil, milk,egg yolk, fish, spinach, mushrooms, fortified orange juice and soy products,cereals,liver.
3. also include Calcium in your diet (milk,guava,fish,sitaphal,sesame seeds, almond milk)
4. consuming too much Vit. D can cause anorexia, weight loss, increased frequency of urine, heart arrhythmias, kidney stones, and increased risk of heart attack, so check periodically with Vit. D levels.
