Breast Pain, Pain In Underarm, Hand, Back. Breathing Problem, Sore Throat. Diagnosed As GERD. How Long Will Problem Happen?

I HAVE BEEN SUFFERING FROM BREAST PAIN, PAIN IN LEFT UNDERARM, LEFT HAND AND BACK . I ALSO SUFFER FROM BREATHING PROBLEM AND SORE THROAT. THIS HAS BEEN HAPPENING SINCE THE LAST 2 MONTHS. DOCTORS TOLD ME THAT I AM SUFFERING FROM GERD. BUT HOW LONG WILL THIS PROBLEM CONTINUE? IS THERE SOMETHING ELSE THAT CAN BE THE REASON OF THE PAIN. I HAD MY ECG AND ACHOCARDIOGRAPHY DONE PLUS WHOLE ABDOMEN ULTRASOUND. THE REPORTS ARE ALL NORMAL EXCEPT I HAD PCOD. LEASE TELL ME WHAT SHOULD I DO OR WHAT DIET I SHOULD TAKE TO HEAL COMPLETYELY

Hello,
Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
GERD ( gastro-esophageal reflex disease) is not a disease but a disorder , having pain in stomach, radiating to left arm and shoulder also in breast as in your case( simulate).
Let me explain as pain in the stomach is due to hyper acidity developed by TENSION ( STRESS ) due to PCOD .
You are also having sore throat with breathing problem, may be due to allergic bronchitis ( as complete history of illness is not available so difficult to say exactly ).
In my opinion get in an ultrasound of ovaries once again and get treatment of PCOD from a gynaecologist .
Also consult a physician and get treatment of hyper acidity & allergy.
Both treatment run simultaneously.
