Breast Pain, Sleeplessness, Fatigue, Appetite Loss After Miscarriage. Cause For Above Symptoms?

hi ... am 26,had a miscarriage a month ago nw i feel pain on my left breast ,it pulls me time to time....it initially radiates to my back and chest to my armpit but nw no pains in my armpit its just the left breast nw to my chest,to sleplessness to fatique,to shivering body,to serious drop in apetite and hotness of the body at night please what could be wrong am so scared

dear ur question is un clear

1 wheather it was spontinous misscarage.
2 whether u got the D&C
3. is ur periods are regular after that.

before going any medication get your ultrasound.
