Breastfed Infant. Difficulty Having Bowel Movements, Diarrhea, Yellow Green Stool. On Coligyl Syrup. Will He Get Better?

my baby is 23 days old. he is breastfed only. he was having transitional diarrhea and doctor suggested us coligyl syrup. he recovered after few days. after date,he suffered from gas problem a few days back. he was finding problem in passing the motion. doctor suggested us Neopeptine drops. we gave the drops for three days and now i feel he z passing the stool more frequently. but from yesterday i feel he is having diarrhea as he is passing the motion ten to twelve times and his stool is yellowish green in color. we are thinking of going for urine and stool examination.
please suggest what should be do?

breast feed babies usually pass more frequent stools than top feed babies
and even up to 10-12 times passing stool is considered normal in these children but if your baby is lethargic ,not taking enough feed and consistency of stool is watery then consult your doctor
