Hello,
Welcome to HCM
The most common cause of epistaxis (nasal bleed)in children is due to ... NASAL PICKING means putting fingers in to nose and injuring the mucosal blood vessels leading to bleed. But adenoids won't cause any nasal bleeds ..instead adenoids causes the child to struggle for breath . So the child will not able to take the air properly through nose and most of times breathing through mouth is seen , during night times the child suffers a lot.
I advise u to consult a ENT SPECIALIST. , depending upon the severity of the problem the doctor will decide the treatment option. But don't think that adenoids are causing the nasal bleeds.
Hope this will clear ur doubt.
