Breathing Problem In Child

my kid is 9 months old.He had shortness in his breathing while he was crying and his face went pale and blue. i was scared to death is that normal?

If it happens only after crying he must be suffering from breath holding spells. When that happens blow on his face or sprinkle some water on his face. Make sure he is not anemic. It will stop as he grows older. If he turns blue without crying he has to be shown to a doctor asap.
