Broke Facial Bones Previously In An Accident. Also Overcame Kidney Failure. Having Bumps Around Cheeks After Falling From Stairs. Reason?

I overcome kidney failure a year ago, then fell down fourteen stairs, since then I have bumps around both of my cheeks ....Thirty seven years ago I was in a car wreck and all my facial bones were broken , I know something was put in both cheeks but after the fall, I noticed what the eye couldn't see if you didn't know had moved some. I'm told its blackheads due to sun which I don't understand since I never had them before and these are not black.........I wondered if infection could be causeing it.............

Thank you for your question .

From the history that you have provided , it sounds like you have got dermal scars. These are small pockets of dermal damage which has healed in a way giving rise to these bumps.
You may need an cortisone injection into the bumps to reduce the size of these bumps that the eye cannot see .

Thanks and Take care
