Dear user, welcome to healthcare magic.
Your medical abortion seems to be successful. The ultra sonographer must tell us if the uterus contains remnants of conception or the endometrium is just thick.
If the uterus contains remnants of conception, you may repeat the drugs to induce expulsion of these remnants (under medical supervision of course).
If no remnants and the endometrium is just thick, it will return to normal after the first menstruation.
Finally I advise to have a quantitative pregnancy test and make sure that it is negative or at least very low values.
Good luck.
Dr. Ahmed Bahaa.
