Brown Dot On Belly Button And Lips. Should I Worry ?

I have a brown dot down there that ive noticed before, but now i have two, is there something wrong? Theres no pain and theres not sores, i have some freckles but in different places (on my belly button, and my lips) but should i be worried? And have never had sex, but my boyfriend fingers me sometimes, he is also a virgin

Hi, it appears to be a fungal infection, other possibility is syphilis. I advise you to consult a dermatologist for diagnosis and treatment.
I to mypatient with such symptoms prescribe grisofulvin, 500 mg B.D. and advise for blood tests like V.D,R,L.etc for confirmation of the disease.
