Brownish Discharge After Urination. Swollen Pelvis, Back Pain. Cervical Cancer?
I have noticed that I have bloody and brown discharge after urination , and it goes away after I wipe, but there is still use for a thin pad. The left side of my pelvis is swollen but I only have pain on my lower back and a dull pain that is rarely there on a 9yr old c section, could that mean I have cervical cancer . I already plan to make an appointment with an obgyn .
Hi,
Thanks for the query.
No, just by bloody discharge we cannot confirm the cervical cancer.
Blood after urination can be seen in many conditions like:
Cystitis, Urogenital fistulas, cervical polyp, erosion, endometrial abnormalities, hormonal imbalance etc.
So after consulting gynecologist you go for physical examination including speculum examination and ultrasound. By this the possible cause for your problem can be identified and treatment can eb given accordingly.
