Brownish Discharge, Stitches Hanging Out Of Vaginal Area. Hysterectomy, Rectocele, Cystocele Done. Bladder Prolapsing Again?

hello. I am 2 weeks post hysterectomy and rectocele, cystocele, with a bladder sling. I have had slight brownish discharge slowing down, but today I had to use the restroom and saw stitches hanging out of the vaginal area. I do not know if its due to the bladder prolapsing again? or from the stitches on the inside from the rectocele and things all sewn up on the inside??? they are hanging out, and one stitch fell in the toilet. I believe they are supposed to be dissolving. I now have mild cramping, and the discharge went from brown to a very light pink. Is this normal? do I worry??? thank you very much!!!
