Brownish Spotting, Headaches, Nausea And Sleeplessness. Reason?

For the last 4 months I have had very light dark/brown bleeding with blood clots very short "menstrual cycles" with little to no pain. Headaches frequently. tired but struggle to sleep. I am not on birth control so that can't be the issue. Nausea on occasion, but more frequent than normal. ANY explanation would be lovely.

Hi, for the last 4 months you got very light dark bleeding, with short cycles, frequent head ache, nausea.
Most probably it should be the infection, other cause is anemia.
I to my patients prescribe fluconazole, cefixime, ofloxacin, and hematinics, and omeprazole. So i advise you to consult a doctor for treatment.
Thank you.
