Bruise After Hitting Head On Sidewalk, Swollen Cheekbone, Dizzy, Tired.

I fell and slammed my head in to the sidewalk. I passed out and now I have a large bruise over my temple and my cheek bone is swollen and scratched. I am dizzy and really tired and my head wont stop hurting. This happened Sunday morning.

Thanks for your query.
Since you had a head slammed and passed out feeling it will be important to get examined by a doctor.
Swollen cheek bone,pain and bruise at temple and dizzy feeling suggest that you have had severe injury so you need to rule out two things:-
-head injury that is concussion,
-fracture of the bone of the skull and cheek bone.
Please visit a doctor ,get examined and he will advise you investigations and do the needful.
