Bruise Below Ankle Bone. Sore To Touch And Itchy. Should I Be Concerned?
A couple months ago i randomly woke up to this bruise right below my ankle bone not sure where it came from im super clumsy i always end up with scratches or bruises but this one seemed to stick around never faded in color or in pain. This bruise has been hurting me now for a couple months now sore to touch and very ichy still purpleish and slightly raised. Should i be concerned or is this common?
hello, thanks for using h.c.m pain, sore, swelling, purplish discolouration all go in favour of eccymosis,or blood clot which could be due to trauma, injury to bone muscles,ligaments,skin...spontaneous bruising can be more bothering.. do not neglect immobilise, take rest, rule out diabetes, hypertension,be careful, avoid injuries, take pain killers, antibiotics,on advice of an orthopaedician...get well soon
