Bruise In Hip, Difficulty In Walking After Hurting Hip, Pain Started A Week Later
I hurt my hip 3 months ago and it feels like the pain of a bruise on my hip bone. It hurts to walk and move it. I am 14 female. I didnt experience pain at first, it was only a week or so later that it became very painful. Recently, in ohysical ed class we were doing lunges and my hip has been worse since then, please respond
Hi, it appears that you have a muscle twitch, or an arthritis. You may need to have an M.R.I. for diagnosis. So i advise you to consult an orthopedic surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. Don't worry you will be fine soon. Avoid taking potato, tomato, egg, chicken, and sea foods, to prevent the pain perception. Thank you.

General & Family Physician, Dr. Lohit K's Response
Hi, hurting hip, bruise and pain while walking suggests some musculo skeletal damage in hip region. Get done one X ray to see if any damage (like hair line fracture) in hip and consult your doctor for examination once to prevent any further damage. For now you need to rest yourself, avoid straining and can take NSAID like aceclofenac with serratiopepeptidase for pain. So discuss with your doctor about the above said.
Hope this helps you.
Regards
