Underneath the white spot is a pea size lump which is tender to touch sore to push, bruise itself is not sore. Bruise is about 5cm in diameter. Hi,

Thanks for posting your query.

It seems like a bruise that has formed due to an insect bite or a minor injury that went unnoticed. Please apply ice packs to the affected area thrice a day for the next 3 days.

You can also apply Thrombophob ointment on the bruise twice daily.

It should go away soon. Do not worry.

Hope this helps.

Regards,
