Bruised Knuckles Without Injury. Reason?

Hi, about twenty minutes ago I was sitting down eating dinner when I happened to notice that the knuckles on my left hand look rather funny. They almost look like they are bruised, but they don t hurt, tingle, and are not swollen. I have not been exposed to any extreme cold recently either. It s just my knuckles, and just on my left hand. Sort of a grayish color. Been looking online to see what others say, but can t seem to find anything that fits . It s not very severe looking, but still worrisome.

Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The bruised appearance of the knuckles could be due to an inflammation of the joints in the area. Autoimmune diseases and bleeding disorders also need to be ruled out after proper investigations.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you. You can consult me again directly through my profile URL http://bit.ly/Dr-Praveen-Tayal
