Bruises On Leg. Having Sore Muscles. Could Both Be Related?

hello, this is woojin jung
i am 16 years old male, and 9th grade
it was about 1 or 2 weeks ago
when i was sitting in the living room, my aunt saw bruise inside of my right leg
I did not know why i got bruise, but i did not think seriously since bruise will disappear in short period.
but today, i realized accidently that it still is on my leg

one thing that I did not do before i got bruise was track at school. And I had sore muscles for a while. could it related with bruise?

Sore muscle and bruise seems to be related to each other and might be due to the result of muscle strain. I suggest to take rest. apply muscle relaxant gel over it . If bruise persisted or other one appeared without a cause, get it evaluated by your doctor.
