Bruising In Knee, Unbearable Pain After Removing Bandage Due To Knee Operation. Could My Bakers Cyst Have Burst?

I had an a knee op a week ago and already had a Bakers Cyst, after the op the bandage was really tight and when removed I had extensive bruising from the back of my knee to half way down my calf. My calf is unbearably painful even to the touch, could my Bakers Cyst have burst? I can still feel it but its a lot smaller
