Bulging Discs In Neck. Had EI Injections In Neck And Lower Back. Pain In Legs, Back

I was in an accident last September. I have almost every disc In my neck showing mild diffuse and one herniated, and also 3 bulging in lower spine with one herniated. Since the herniations are 3 mm, I am told I am not a candidate for surgery. I had EI injections once to the neck and lower back, it helped the sharp pain but not the dull muscle pain. My pain comes and goes. It's 5 months since my injections nad I feel like am back to square 1. I get sharp pains in my legs, dull pain inmy back, neck, wrist and ankle .. My muscles are always in knots.. what can be done. I don't want injections again, and it's horrible to be 38 and when I main pain I can't stand up straight or walk with out limping.. EMG & NCV reaveled no nerve damage or muscle damage but it feels like there is muscle damage
