Hello and welcome,

Please do not worry.

The most likely causes of such bumps are a condition called bartholins cyst or abscess which is an infection of the bartholins gland present in the labia majora. It responds to antibiotics and pain killers and sometimes may need to be drained. Other reasons are vaginal cysts and sebaceous cysts [ infections of sebaceous glands].

So just see your doctor. Most causes will be treated by antibiotics and if it is a vaginal wall cyst then it will need to be drained.

Hope this satisfies your query.
