Bump Near The Entrance, Sore, Discharge Once Squeezed. Is It Piles?

hi , i have noticed only since the day before yesterday a small lump right at the entrance to my anus , it feels sore like a spot, and when i squeese it , it appears to burst or move but i dont notice the discharge like a spot, and it hurts to squeeze it obviously. it only started a day ago. why would it appear to burst , it goes down , but a few hours later is back to its pea size and sore. is it piles or a spot or a zit i wonder

Hi dear this looks pionidal sinus , or it my it be an abscess. So you need surgical intervetion in both conditions.
