Bumps Inside Ankle, Visible While Extending Ankle. Any Ideas?

I am a 22 year old female. I have recently noticed 3 smalls bumps on the inside of my left ankle. They are soft, they do not move, they are painless, and flesh-colored. The largest "bump" is about the size of a dime. The funny thing is, these bumps are visible only when I extend my ankle outwards. If I push on them I feel nothing, and when my leg is not extended I cannot feel anything in the spots where they are located. They are not currently affecting anything except for my peace of mind, but any ideas about what they could be?

Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

I have studied your case.

According to your symptoms its look like there can be multiple benign lipoma,
or synovial cyst.
I will advise MRI or you can do aspiration of fluid.

Till time take trypsin or chymotyrpsin .
Also check your vit B12 and vit D3 in your blood.
Hope this helps. Wish her a speedy recovery.

Take care
