Bunch Of Tiny Little Spots On Lower Lip, Looks Like Blood Spots. Anything To Worry?

yes I have a bunch of tiny little spots on my lower lip which look like blood spots, I feel like i may be getting a cold sore on the right side of my lip. I am worried about mouth cancer or oral herpes for I have a new boyfriend. I got tested before we got together and everything was clear. He doesn't show symptoms of anything and I wasnt worried until now, could this be something to worry about?

Ruling out a cold sore on the lip by repeating the HSV 1 and 2 testing would be prudent.The disease can be passed on from oral lesions inside the mouth which may not be apparent.
