Burning And Frequent Urination. Cystoscopy Shows High Bladder Neck. Next Step?

Hello Doctor, I am vijay, age 29. Recently i had burning sensation while urinating, frequent urination and some time after urinating i get few drops coming later. I checked in Apollo hospitals while Abdomenal scans were normal, urine and blood test were normal, Uroflow study showed a max flow rate of 11ml/sec. Later doctor suggsted to go for cystoscopy and said my bladder neck was high.. what should be the next step?

Once the diagnosis of a high bladder neck or primary bladder neck obstruction has been confirmed we then move on to the treatment. Which is divided into:
-Medical management: Alpha blockers have been found to be the mainstay of treatment
-Surgical management: Transurethral incision of bladder neck

Either of these treatment options can be initiated. I would advice the initiation of medical treatment followed by the surgical option, if the desired results are not obtained.
