Hi,
It seems that due to rough oral sex there might be having some soreness in his penile tissues giving rise to this problem.
Give him some anti-inflammatory medicine for 2-3 days and he will be alright.
Avoid sex for few days and give some rest to head of penis.
Ok and take care.

Hi
Burning sensations in the head of penis is generally due to terminal urethritis. It may not be related to your oral sex. vaginal infection is extremely common so it might have originated from his wife. Even it can be due to prostatitis . Actually vagina has more bacterial flora than mouth. Everything can be sorted out first by doing urine examination& blood sugar of your partner as people with low immunity can be infected with normal mucosal flora .I think there is no cheating involved but a problem lying somewhere

GOOD LUCK
