What Is The Treatment For Stomach Cramps?

Hi doctor,
i have pressure/mild cramp one week to my period. the cramp increases a little when I urinate, no secretions,no blood and no pain during intercourse. I went for a pelvic scan and nothing, now am on atibiotice, the pressure has reduced but its still there, my period is due tomorrow

This can be due to hormonal causes , so hormonal test will be required to be ruled out , analgesics with antibiotics may be required.
