Burning Sensation In Hip Bone, Pain During Bowel Movement, Stabbing Pain Over Abdomen. Any Ideas?

In my right lower abdomen by my hip bone the pain that feels like burning. A couple of nights ago I tried rolling over and it felt like I pull a tummy muscle that hurt for a couple days. The burning is away there now and this morning I had a bowl movement and the spot where it burn hurt more. Just now I put on my jeans and I feel stabbing pain all over my abdomen. No fever but I feel like I'm getting sinuses. What do you think?

The burning sensation that you are having can be related to a nerve root irritation or a vitamin B 12 deficiency. You can start with vitamin B complex supplements for a few days and see if this helps.
