Burning Sensation In Penis, Pain In Lower Abdomen, Fatigue. Urine Test Shows Pus Cells 1-2/hpf, EPI Cells 1-2/hpf, RBC,cast And Crystals Absent. Any Problem?

I have burning sensation on my penis and feeling tiredness in my body say like not being very active and some time i have pain in the lower abdominal left side, I have done an urine routine test. Kindly advice what is the acutal problem
The report says
Pus Cells 1-2/ hpf
EPI Cells 2-4/hpf
RBCs Absent
Cast Absent
Crystals Absent

Hello
welcome to health care magic.
Regarding your query urine test has no abnormality..
presence of 1-2 pus cells is normal..
If you have burning sensation while urinating,,you should take water as much as possible..
If you have still pain in lower abdomen consult surgeon and have your ultrasound abdomen..
