Burning Sensation In Stomach, Constipation. Endoscopy Shows Mild Inflammation. Suggested H Pylori Treatment Without Biopsy, Blood Test. Good Idea?

Hi doctor,
I'm having a problems of burining sensation at stomach. It goes worst when having picy and oily food. The food are undigested but have constipation.I went to a gastroenteroligist and went through endoscopy which says mild inflammation. Also i went through ultrasound which looks pretty fine. Now my doctors wants me to go through H.pylori treatment without having biopsy or blood test and neither stool. Is it good idea to go through treatment?

Hello.The diagnosis of Helicobacter pylori is established after biopsy( Sample collected at endoscopy) but sometimes according to the findings of endoscopy
the specialist treat immediately without waiting the result of the biopsy.
The treatment to kill Helicobacter pylori combine antibiotic with antacid drug and can improve your symptoms.I wish you good health
