Burning Sensation In The Vagina, Bleeding From Belly Button. History Of Ovarian Cyst. Concerned

hi my daughter is 21,she has had an overian cyst when she was 14, and has had a burning sensation in the vaginal area for a few months now, she has been tested for urine infection, had ultra sound of kidney, uturous and overy and everything looks ok but last night she had maybe a drop of blood from her belly bottom (naval) and i took her to emergency and the doctor apprarently look inside the naval and said he could not see any thing wrong, I was not in the room with her and my daughter forgot to tell the doctor about the burning sensation , so I am vey worried what this is. I need to add they have tested her for all STDs and the test came back negative for everything but since she has already lost one overy due to the cyst , please adivse me .Thanks,

Blood from the naval has nothing to do with the burning micturition. It might be a scratch, or a bite.
Burning micturition definitely indicate urinary tract infection, I advise you to get the culture and sensitivity of urine, and get treatment accordingly. Thank you.
