what does this mean? urinalysis reaction: acidic ph:6.0 specific gravity 1.015 rbc 0-3 pus cells 1-3 bacteria: few squamous:many mucus threads:occassional,i am experiencing burning sensation after urinating and lower backpain ,i also feel nasuated and slight fever,how many days should i take a rest? i wasnt able to come to my work for 2 days because im really not feeling well,thanks

The urine report you have mentioned indicates that you are having Urinary Tract Infection.
You should get a Culture and Senstivity examination of your urine done and start antibiotic according to the report.
Also get your blood sugar levels checked.
Drink lot of water.
Taking proper antibiotic will make you feel better and then you can resume your work.
For fever you can take paracetamol after getting examined by your doctor.

u are suffering from urinary track infection. u shall take good antibiotics and alkanizing agents. shall take rest. back pain may or may not b related to this.
