Burning Sensation While Urinating. Sexually Not Active. UTI?

Hello there.
When ever I go to the bathroom I feel this weird burning like sensation. At one point I thought there was blood but I had just come off my period so that explains the one time there was blood. Other than that it just burns a bit down there when I pee. I am not sexually active or anything like that so I was wondering if it is possible to have a UTI or If there is another explanation. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

as the symptoms are only during micturition.
