Burning Urination, Itching Near Hood Area, Spotting, No Discharge, Dryness

Yes last week it would burn when I go pee I thought maybe its because I drank way to much the night before then when the burning stopped a few days later I started to get a itch around the "hood" area and now it's not so bad but moved in to my vagina and sometimes I have spotting what's wrong I have no discharge and I'm really dry

Hi, it appears to be the pelvic infection, or the urinary tract infection, which needs to be treated, for relief. So i advise you to consult a gynecologist for diagnosis an dtreatment. Anemia also would have present along with this , so that is also to be corrected. Thank you.
