Burning Urination, White Milky Liquid Discharge, Sensitive Penis. What Might It Be?

I am 19 years of age and Saturday when I Was urinating it started to burn and now it s been getting worse and everytime i pee it burns bad. and this strange white milky liquid comes out during the day and morning and my penes is more sensative. Any idea what it might be ? I already went to get checked I just wanna be prepared.

Possibilities are
1. Urinary tract infection.
2. Sexually transmitted infection.
