Burning While Urinating, Cloudy Urine. No Help From Bactrim DS. History Of Having UTI And Treated For Ecoli Infection. Suggest

My name is Jan Wilson and I have lived in Panama for the last 4years. I got an UTI the first year here and w treated for a severe ecoli infection with a strong 4day prescription. Now I am experiencing the burning when urinating and cloudy urine again. I didn't remember the prescription so acquired some Bactrim DS (800mg) and have taken one every 12hrs for 5days...but still have the same symptoms. Don't seem to be improving. Can you recommend a stronger or better treatment. I am in an isolated area with a pharmacy near by but not a close lab for urinalysis. Thank you

Hi,
You may require some higher antibiotic for urinary tract infection as this antibiotic seems to resistant.
You may take Ofloxacilin or Levo-floxacilin medicines after consulting your doctor as these medicines are not available without doctor's prescription.
Take plenty of water.
You may take some alkalizer syrup.
Ok and take care.
