Butt Hurts, Burns To Pea, Fever, Pain In Body. What It Could Be?

Inside of my butt hurts it burns to pea I have hard time pooping and I have a fever and the pain is high and it hurts all the time it hard to walk sit or do anything I am in a lot of pain went to er and they could not find anything do u know what it could be

From history it seems that you might be having forming abscess in butt area giving rise to fever, pain and difficulty in passing stool and sitting or walking.
Consult surgeon and get examined.
