Butterfly Stitches On Lip After Being Hit. Having Sharp Pain In The Roof Of Mouth. Suggestions?

My daughter was hit in the face on Saturday, she had to have the wound glued and also had 3 butterfly stitches on her lip. It was very swollen and bruised. The swelling has gone down and the bruising is a lot better but she's complaining of sharp pains and the roof of her mouth hurting. I've just found her crying and not sleeping very well :(

YOU MAY NEED TO TAKE LIGHT ANTIBIOTICS TO COUNTER INFECTION
ANTI INFLAMATORY AND ANALGESICS TO CONTROL PAIN AND APPLICATION OF LOCAL OINTMENTS AND GEL OVER THE AFFECTED PARTS AND MOUTH
