doctor ordered a CBC for brusing and I was wondering if this test where to show leukemia by who and how quickly would I be notified?

yes it shows the leukemia. blood test and also bone marrow examination will confirm the diagnosis. it may take a week for you to get the result of marrow as it needs to be reported by the expert and experienced pathologist
