hello

As you have said that you are a patient of
Chf
defib implanted/stents
diabetes
kidney failure stage three
gout
ostheoarhtritis
rhumatoid
hep c

amryl is glimipride and does causes recurrent hypoglycemia in kidney failure patients

i would suggest following

either decrease the dose of amryl to 2mg daily, as you are taking high dose that is 8 mg, and main excretion of amryl is through kidneys and you have kidney failure

amryl becomes almost 24 mg in your case inside your body causing hypoglycemia

OR the best drug in your case will be insulin as insulin as so many benefits over any anti diabetic drug

take care
