CKD. Creatinine Is 6.80, Blood Urea Was 70. Taking Renolog, Nicardia. Advance Treatment?

Dear Sir, My father is 73 and suffering from CKD. At present his creatinine is 6.80 and blood urea was 70. He is also taking Renolog on advise of his nephrologist. for the last few days his upper blood pressure remains at 200 - 180. for BP he is taking Nicardia retard 10 mg.
Do we have any advance treatment to reduce creatinine, urea & blood pressure in this condition.
Please advice.

Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hi there ~

I understand your concerns. Having CKD can be a very scary proposition and serious if you are not getting regular dialysis. I also wonder if you are under treatment for any other illnesses. As for yourself, it might be hard to take care of your condition considering you have been the caregiver for a person with a chronic disease. Burnout - both physical and psychological is common and I wonder if you need to visit with a psychiatrist.

I hope this helped and I wish you the very best. Take care!
