CT And Ultrasound Show Complex Ovarian Cyst On Left Side. Is Surgery The Only Option ?

Please advise do i realy need to go for a surgeory?Can it be cured with time?Please advise me as tomorrow is my surgery and i realy dont want to go for it as it not so pining for me now.. Following are my medical investigation reports: 1.Ultra Sound-Abdomen&pelvis: Left ovary-Enlarged,measures-7.8*4.8cm. cyst measuring-6.4*4.3cm is noted in left ovary with few septatios. Impression:Complex ovarian cyst on left side. 2.CT Study Of Whole Abdomen(Plain&Contrast): Left ovary shows hypodensity cystic lesion with internal septations measuring 5.4*4.2cms. Impression:Left ovarian complex cyst. Thanks AAAAA.
