CT Scan Shows Osteophytes, Vacuum Disc Phenomenon. Pain In Back, Hips, Legs. Any Thoughts?

Recent CT Scan report indicates L5-S1 anterior and posterior osteophytes, vacuum disc phenomenon and disc narrowing, bilateral forminal bone spurs with narrowing of nueral foramina bilaterally with endplate sclerosis. I had fusion with laminectomy of L4, L5 & S1 in January and am still in severe stabbing pain extending from lumbar back through hips and burning through legs and pins and needles to the feet. Had MRI today and am waiting for results. Dr said one screw is protruding through vertebrae but isn't touching anything. Please any thoughts on other causes for my pain?

Hi, After an orthopedic procedure, such stabing pains are commen, and only answer is physiotherapy, who ever be bold there will have complete relief. if you neglect the physiotherapy you may continue to have such pains.
Avoid taking tubers, like potato, tomato, egg, chicken, and sea foods, to avoid the pains. thank you.
